In July, 1974 I entered the mortgage lending profession.  Straight out of high school, my plan was to become a CPA after graduating from California State University, Long Beach.  Well, plans do change.  I found that I really loved the mortgage lending profession.  I completed my Bachelor's degree at CSULB and continued on with my career in the mortgage profession.

I found tremendous satisfaction in helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership as well as becoming a trusted advisor to many hundreds of clients who I call friends. 

My goal in every transaction is to ensure that my clients fully understand their choices and can handle the obligation they are contemplating.  I guide my clients to the program and solutions that help theim achieve their goals and fit their needs now and into the future.
